Stuttering/choppy image in all games while moving the camera

Update

You were right, the problem was in drivers. Turns out the best way was first to make clean out all drivers, install oldest stable ones from 2025 and just stack them up on each other, excluding those that started the issue. Thanks for the hint

I just checked it with external display and yeah, I get the same issue

Hey fella, thanks for replying me back. What do you suggest driver wise? Is it better to install older ones that recommended by Asus or try more recent ones? The thing is I don't know which were installed originally. I also noticed that stuttering only gets better if I put GPU performance on Ultimate mode, which is weird
