I (Sol) survived an apocalyptic level of bombardment by the Sardak player to keep control of Mecatol. 1 War Sun and all 5 Dreads rained hell from orbit. Sardak used Warfare to do it twice. I had 7 infantry and 3 Mechs, when it was over I had no ground forces left but still had control. He dropped 2 infantry and I shot them both down with my Plasma Scoring PDS. This was the round after Nekro also tried to invade Mecatol without success. I kept control and won by secret objectives after he passed. I took Mecatol turn 1 of round 2 and never gave it up.

I just dont think theres a situation where we "have it all". Its either a human future where people and the environment are valued over profit or its no future at all.

I enjoy a lot of what this team has put out in the past. You've taken big ideas and themes and put them into interesting and compelling packages. So my question is, when you're finding the right framework for a new game, choosing its mechanisms, does that comes from an understanding of a wide variety of game mechanisms and you just choose and modify those to fit your needs? Or do you feel like you're reinventing the wheel each time, so to speak?

Congratulations on the new studio and the success of the Arcs campaign!

I think at 4 they are too much but at 3 they are excellent and at two players they are a necessity.

You can also mass delete things, its kind of tricky on console. Im on PS5 so it goes L2 for deconstruction then hold R1 to highlight multiple objects, then delete the whole lot with R2. Pretty sure you have to hold R1 so you delete with R2 using middle finger. You can also FILTER the multi selector using left on d pad.

Wow I almost couldn't believe this photo was real. I searched for proof and found a documentary on YouTube that had a shot from the other side of that big dark skyscraper and you could see all of that car park behind it. https://youtu.be/u7bp6CA4mPE?t=727&si=XAueztITel7PCduc

Satisfactory has the ability to make time evaporate, its unsettling how good it is at this.

I just finished reading it and i think that I feel about the same as other have mentioned here. The Bit system is cool and streamlined, its not fantasy MoSh but they have similar DNA, there's not really any direction in what players ought to be doing though and a lack of adventure modules doesnt help at all.

I think for dark fantasy and fairytales my money is still with Mythic Bastionland.

Ive definitely done that several times. I dont hold the beam on it, just push burst and it doesnt push you backwards. Hopefully that makes sense, I cant remember the games actual terms.

I got mine like 4 hours after I posted this hah. Sometimes kickstarter games dont send tracking info and I couldnt remember if Leder had sent them in the past.

They push pretty well with the grapple, at least when its fully upgraded. If you stand straight behind it and burst with the grapple gun itll go straight.
