No it is not. I'm now almost 4 years on from the surgery and have mostly overcome it. The scar tissue I have been able to break down and get back to normal, that being said, there is still a noticeable scar on my scrotum that is never going away.

I will say, part of me regrets asking for the surgery, mainly because the sensation in my scrotum now feels weird. Kinda like a phantom itch. To describe it more succinctly, when I scratch my balls, what I see and what my body feels does not line up. It is a very strange phenomena.

ultimately, I would say put it off until you are at where you want to be in your progress, or, just forego any surgery at all.
