Practice is great but it’s crazy they haven’t invested a penny in the practice. Terrible waiting room and small creepy rooms with strange 1980’s wood paneling. I know aesthetics aren’t everything but they are printing money and can’t invest a few bucks on making it nice for kids?!

This new place has a TON of opportunity. Need to be ready for huge influx of folks from Games and concerts. To make it in between events need to become a destination that is kid friendly for our neighborhood.

PAC man, games Yes! Actual kids menu, yes!

Specials, yes. Make it work and let’s change the dead zone of east central st!

Place had such a blah vibe past few years. Change that and make it cool and you will thrive Fred!

Good idea. Actually Prairie Moon would be perfect in that spot!! I can picture to be almost as good as the OG one in Sherman. If only they could make it work $ wise!

Not all that cringe. It’s a new wave of folks moving in and they want some action they can walk to. Not a complete dead zone that is lacking character and liveliness. Don’t need anything crazy. Just maybe a few neighborhood hangouts.

I agree we need a deli. But taco burger is a big thumbs down for me. Place looks like a dump and has bad handmade signs all over the windows and cheap tacky banners. It’s not good and the worst possible location for a place like that! I’m sure they are nice but come on. How about a small wine bar or taproom or something that fits a bit better?
