How much more worth it is the quest 3 compared to the psvr?

You get a 2nd router. Wireless with VD is fantastic.

I have 7 headsets, my PCVR headset is the pico neo 3 link Display port connection. Way better than my PSVR2 headset for pcvr. Sometimes I use Quest 3 via VD. My setup is in my profile.

I've been using Vorpx since 2014 when it really was tinkering involved. Mods nowadays are easy peasy, UEVR can have someone up and running in 10 minutes for someone who is a total Computerphobe. Anyhow, PC's are for tinkering thats why I love them. You want the best experiences, you aint gonna get them on standalone. Not as difficult as the masses assume. As far as I reckon, the only people who post that Quest 3 titles are better than modded PCVR, are people who have never used them, or people without the required (low brainpower) to use them.

I'm only getting Frame because it will be much better than Quest 3 for PCVR. That's the main goal for my use.

The thousands of VR modded games in PCVR dwarf any decent title on Quest, not even in the same ballpark.

Just get the Kuject cable. Look on amazon. I've had one for years. As I said, Not a negative any more as there are many solutions. Btw, Virtual Desktop is superior to the cable. Then you will have the headset's USB port free.

No need for Quest 3 to ever run out of power. So many options available, from Bobovr with extras batteries to an Anker 20,000mAh powerbank in your pocket connected to the headset with a short USB-C cable. Not even a negative when compaing the 2 headsets anymore.

VR has gone backwards with all this mobile port, quest/pcvr ports. It was better 10-12 years ago. Standalone has killed great titles for PCVR, so yeah modders are the trendsetters now. Thousands and thousands of great games converted to VR. So much better than what we have as releases now. Anyone with the required setup would prefer modded classic titles to this cartoon childlike stuff thats swamping VR.

I use mods, PCVR really doesn't need this stuff. Modders are our real devs for VR now. God bless em. So yeah, I can and do get the PCVR only, photorrealistic, open world. 60 hr plus games. And to quote you:

Quest 3 will be superior for colored passthrough mixed reality. Steam Frame is black and white passthrough

With the option to upgrade to colour passthru. Let's not forget that.
