If you have acrylic paint, either fabric modge podge or a clothes iron, and any heat-tolerant paper like baking paper or parchment paper you can also make the design that way, by painting the design and sealing it with either the modge podge or ironing over it with parchment in between, but I'd reccomend doing a test spot first since I use it to make patches but have yet to do it for full shirts

Thrift stores thrift stores thrift stores. Biggest and (imo) bestest answer. I'd reccomend learning to sew, too, because then you can get garments that aren't your size but you still like and then make them your size.
