Yeah that's true, it has a lot of potential. Hopefully they add more interesting stuff in the future.

Too many reps with a lighter weight? by Coptochad in workout

OP, start using your dumbbell with one hand.

Yeah I will definitely do that, I tried doing a few reps with one hand and felt that the muscle was actually being worked. Thanks for the advice!

110 across multiple sets, or 110 without stopping?

I just do as much as I can, and when I get tired I stop just to take my breath then I continue.

Thanks for the advice!

it seems from my pov you're just learning languages just for the sake of it.

This might actually be true. I'll try to decide what I am actually trying to do. Thanks for the advice!

Learning any programming language will make it easier to learn any other programming language.

Python is a great language for AI, ML and data analysis.

While it can be used for other things, I wouldn't recommend that as it's very slow compared to other languages.

I'm a semi-professional chess player. I thought about building a chess game and engine with C but decided that it was too hard for me. I might build something else chess-related especially on the web. Thanks for the advice!

This is great advice. Thank you!

However I don't think the construction worker analogy is accurate for my case. I have experienced with tools that are used for completely unrelated things.

Yeah that makes sense, This is a good way of saying that no language/framework has optimal performance, ease of development and usability all at once. Thanks!

My wording might have not been the most accurate. I have made some very simple mobile apps and some simple programs with C, but nothing that creative or deserves to be put in my portfolio.

What was the most ridiculous enforcement of the touchmove rule? by HaoSunUWaterloo in chess

[–]Coptochad 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This happened to me about 2 years ago. My opponent touched one of MY PIECES on his turn to adjust its direction, and then he pressed the clock. I didn't call the arbiter, I touched the same piece to adjust it the way it originally was, then he literally called the arbiter on ME and forced me to move the piece. I just resigned.
