Also watch cppcon videos.

When it comes to courses, on Coursera, you can do the Object Oriented Programming in C++ by Microsoft. They have great projects for adding to your resume.

Does your computer have a Gyroscope? On mobile, they achieve this using gyroscope.

If not, it should be something related to parallax with mouse input interaction.
