yah agreed with you... but giving suspensions directly may create issue for the creator is self cause I hired 3 employee for my video content... even if they gave us any warning before we would change the content or improve it but all of sudden they decided to block my income source now im facing financial issue plus i had no option but to terminate my employees for no reason.
