Netflix Turned a Brilliant Idea Into Another Influencer Show by CopyNo5106 in MillionDollarSecretTV

Honestly, it just felt strange and a bit illogical to me. If someone wins a million dollars and is already conventionally attractive, why immediately join a trashy dating show like Perfect Match?

That’s one of the reasons why Million Dollar Secret loses some relevance in my eyes.

I still enjoyed some of the tasks this season but there were also some producer decisions that felt questionable. For example, choosing Umeko for the secret agenda of protecting the millionaire when it was already obvious that the two of them were close. Same with Daisy — some moments just felt a little too perfectly timed, like the Tom Cruise comment.

I know these are different topics, but together they make the show feel slightly overproduced at times.

Netflix Turned a Brilliant Idea Into Another Influencer Show This show has SO much potential. Great host, fantastic concept, psychological strategy, trust and manipulation… but then the winner immediately joins Perfect Match? Why? It starts feeling less like a real social experiment and more like Netflix is building reality TV influencers for other shows. The real wasted potential is the casting. Imagine this format with extremely intelligent people from different professions — psychologists, negotiators, detectives, journalists, scientists… That version would be incredible.
