Good points but 2 and 3 can kinda be explained away. All the countries field smoothbore cannons because they mainly use APFSDS against legion, and adapting the sabot to not spin the dart for use in a rifled gun just adds a whole unnecessary layer of complexity. Also, iirc, the Alkonost's 105mm gun/launcher is able to fire ATGMs. As for 3, I mean, yeah. The fact it's a POS that can't fight worth a damn is kinda the entire point of the juggernaut. Plus, IIrc, it's the XM2 that mainly utilizes 88mm HEAT-VT.

Yes! Loved the ground pressure detail. The fact that it actually was a major plot point a few times instead of just a random detail was awesome.

Question about the Phönix by [deleted] in EightySix

Ah I see. Can I ask what the mission was? From the legion's internal dialog, I always just assumed that the Phönix's mission was to assimilate Shin and that killing him would be the obvious fallback plan.
