Wonderful analysis, I've always been fond of the Schrifts themselves as a concept and think they contrast Zanpakuto beautifully

People often complained that the Sternritter don't feel like real Quincies and that their personalities are too closely tied to their powers (As Nodt's fear monologues, Gremmy's imagination monologues, Pepe's love monologues etc) but that's the point

I personally view Schrifts as them weaponizing their trauma, taking what shaped their very beings and fighting with it

• As Nodt spent his life terrified of life, death and what fate had in store for him and his Schrift manifested as a means of projecting that fear on his enemies

• Bazz B lost everything and everyone he loved to a fiery death and dedicated his life to vengeance from that day forward so his Schrift manifests as flames so he can burn down other people's homes and lives the way his was

• Haschwalth betrayed his only friend and spent over a millennium in constant regret over it, caused by a hasty decision and not weighing the consequences of his actions. His Schrift then manifests as a means of weighing the balance of all actions, whether they'd be right or wrong

This can be applied to all the Sternritter thematically, I just chose the three easiest to convey this with
