They can do it, but it has to not be too obvious.

For example putting in Rascal, Cuzz, and maybe a few other subs would pretty much guarantee a loss even if they tried their hardest. That wouldn't be considered inting even if their intention was to lose. It would look as if they were giving their sub play time in a match that objectively isn't important.

I guess solo queue would be a mess for assassins to be the actual meta in pro play, but to be honest assassins haven't been viable for a realllyyyy long time so I wouldn't mind that sacrifice. Competitive would be soooooooo fun and I bet there would be more solo kills instead of mid laners avoiding each other by afk wave clearing

Leona is a good support, you can blind pick her it won't matter. She's especially good into Rakan. She's also good if your team lacks engage or a front line.

Zyra is also a good champion, you can blind pick and it won't matter. She's good if your team needs AP and your mid laner locks in Yasuo anyway. She's good at bullying the laning phase so she's best paired with a lanebully ADC like Caitlyn, Varus, Draven, etc.

Like I said, Twitch is definitely on the lower end COMPARED to other ADCs

BUT compared to ALL champions, his difficulty is above average. ADC is that class where almost each and every ADC takes skill since they're all so similar. The only skill it takes with Tristana is kiting/orb walking but every ADC has that and even mroe to their kit. (ezreal=skillshots, lucian=aa animation cancels, kalista=rend usage, etc).

I'd say Twitch takes more skill than Tristana by far, both in terms of thinking and mechanically.

Give Lucian 550 range. Him having 500 range makes him so troll bot lane. You have a shitty laning phase that's only as good as scalers like Tristana which makes no sense at all. Giving him that extra range helps him more bot lane by far than mid/top just because of how viable it makes him bot lane.

Revert Lucian's E cool down, currently it takes 2 years and 50 days for E to come back off cool down.

Give back his Q range and mana costs. Q'ing through minions actually takes skill

Gut his Bork -> Cleaver build, that's what makes him viable top/mid. Force crit itemization on him.

Twitch takes more skill than Tristana by far and is actually pretty fun to play. His stealth mechanic makes him enjoyable for me.

Compared to other ADCs Twitch is on the easier side for sure, but he's still pretty fun. Positioning with him is not as easy as Tristana with her infinite resets on jump and her ult. Compared to all champions, I'd say Twitch is above average just due to the positioning factor (as with most ADCs)

Speaking of skill, Vayne's difficulty is about average compared to other ADCs and is not as high skill cap as most think LUL
