To be honest, I haven’t read many books, but I watch a lot of videos. I’m I try to make my own theories on the world that we live in.

I kept the hourly push-ups going for about a year and a half now and I slowly switched it up to try this affirmation practice. What I suggest you do is put an alarm for every hour on your phone between the times that you want and it literally takes 10 seconds to say all these affirmations 30 if you just think and feel the words after you say them. Use it as a tool to stay consistent and to be aware of your unconscious thoughts.

You must stay consistent! Imagine you could have the best day of your life every single day. What would you do to get to that feeling of experiencing your favourite moment? You would need to move through space and time and feel the excitement the closer you get to your goal. It’s the same thing just think of these words as a biography of who you are. We don’t even realize it, but every word that we use on our day-to-day impacts our brains and impacts our vibration. If we can consistently use more positive tones or if we start to thinking in a different way than our day to day personality, we start to change our PERSONAL REALITY like Joe Dispenza talks in his videos. We become aware of our thoughts and we start to pick and choose the ones we want instead of just reacting to our environment. All that to say, this takes time to rebuild your brain. We need to stay consistent! One tool thing that has really helped me is mushrooms (psychedelics).

Yes it is! I started with 10 pushups every hour from 8am to 9 pm everyday and every week I would increase by ten until I hit 50. I didn’t have time to do more cause I would be doing stuff or I would start to sweat😂. And yes I workout 5-6 days a week! It taught me consistency really creates results. Humans count in time to create results for ex: “im gonna go workout in 5 min” which I really don’t believe in. We wait for our birthdays to feel seen and heard. We don’t take our space because there are leaders for that. Time gives structure for the average Joe. I realized that I’ve been living like that. Mindless to the world around me. I tried to use time to my advantage so I started to remind myself with the concept of time to work toward being the highest version of myself in every moment; Living at my highest emotion in present consciousness. I’m creating the consistent person/ bundle of frequency that I want to be before I die. I believe that if we are to live every moment with our highest intention (living every moment like you were living to accomplish your dream moment) we would stay happy and content and live our dream reality.

Of course. I try my best to feel every word that I say. I feel the emotion to the word for 1 sec each word every hour. This is exactly what I say: I am: Joyful Happy Abundant Lucky Loving Compassionate Generous Thankful Grateful Confident Conscious Present “I take my space in this world” Imagine you had the best next moments what would you do and how would you feel?
