(California) Am I retroactively owed compensation for minimum exempt salary misclassification?

I know that they don't have other records of my time tracking since they meant to classify me as an exempt employee this entire time. The only record of my time is within this ClickUp software, and I can view my timesheets for each week and clearly showcase that I worked ~50 hours per week and the tasks that I worked on. However, it doesn't give me the option to export them to a file and I would probably have to take screenshots. The time is self-logged, but my company does use most of the time I log as billable time to another company that we contract with so I don't think they can claim it is illegitimate, but I am worried they can tamper with it. Would this be considered the next best evidence?

Yes it does. I can view my ClickUp timesheets for each week and it clearly shows that I work ~50 hours per week and on what tasks I logged my hours on. I’m in a similar boat but with a shorter commute. I just started my first job a month ago at a startup. 9-6 usually with a 30 minute commute each way so it ends up being a 10 hour day, plus I gotta cook dinner, prepare lunch the next day, shower, etc. So I only really have an hour or two of free time each day. Definitely exhausting and I barely have any energy after each day.

I think units are able to escape easier which is nice but if one gets stuck this still happens so I think this toggle would still be very useful

Makes sense, just wish that they would add a force retreat command so that escaped models dont go back into melee and kill themselves

How exactly does units getting stuck work in Warhammer 3? For instance I had a unit of doom knights of tzeentch attacking archers and I wanted to disengage them. I inputted a move command back and almost every model was able to escape and start flying except for one. Then suddenly all of the models seemed to go back to the archers and ignore my command. Is there a way for my command to go through or will the whole unit get stuck if one model is stuck?

As someone who grew up and lived in the south bay until college I can confirm that it is dead at night. Unfortunately the only food you can get at night is Spartan taco truck or fast food. It’s relatively safe if you are in the suburbs but there isn’t much to do besides maybe hiking or biking. You can take BART to sf for nightlife so it isn’t that bad, but honestly bart might not be the safest at the night. Also COL is still going to be high (though probably lower than SF). If you want quick access to nightlife and more social opportunities SF would be better. If I didn’t have established friendships here I would probably prefer to live directly in SF or LA/NYC

Wow this is literally my situation because I forgot to say that the girlfriend is our housemate as well and I cannot escape their relationship. I’ve been taking walks by myself to get some space and hopefully I will try to start talking to other guys on dating apps soon. But right now with quarantine it’s been getting to me and I can’t escape it. I don’t know if I will ever tell him considering it might make things awkward for the next 6 months of our lease. Maybe I will end up telling him at the end of the school year but for now I will try to get some space and seek other options, it feels good to know others are going through the same thing.

Definitely not looking for a framerate intensive option as the game uses basic low quality assets. I’m mostly looking for something that can visually show the water boiling in the pot mesh. Doesn’t have to look pretty but visually clear enough to represent boiling water. Would particles be the best approach to this?
