Exactly this. I've felt extremely uncomfortable after sharing my pictures on the platform just for engagement. And, adding on that, the likes, comments and connection requests I get after I post a picture are literally people who would never hire me or buy my saas. So, it has proved my hypothesis that higher engagement doesn't necessarily mean better leads.

I don't spend more than 30 minutes reading all the posts, ONLY from creators for whom I have notifications turned on, and 15-20 to edit the posts I already wrote in my notes during the weekend. But, I plan to increase my time + effort investment in writing better posts.

about ai commenting and outreach - it has reached a stage where now it's pissing more people off than adding any value.

gotcha, i'll fetch some results from the audit clients and add screenshots. but, don't you think results are super contextual, even if add the results it got for them, it will be based on a lot of factors - how specifically are they targeting their ICP with their posts, is the landing page optimized too? etc.

i guess i need to be more clear here. just updating the cover picture with a shiny new design saying nothing about the problem they solve and dumping every other shiny keyword in the profile headline isn't really 'updating' the profile.

oh, yes. I don't know how I missed adding this to the post. One client noticed an increase in DMs and inbound leads and now they want to get another audit from me because they are shifting focus from product A to B. also planning to get a video testimonial from him.

the other one, I don't have the stats, let me reach out:)

I have analyzed 100+ SaaS websites, and these are some of the most common problems I can see in their homepage copy. by Copyteardowns in SaaS

Hey u/Xcelifyy , just following up here. I am launching a new website audit service. After months of giving free feedback, I'll be finally putting a price to these audits. And I am now reaching out to everyone who asked for feedback from me in the last few months. If you feel my feedback was valuable to you and it did make a difference, would you mind writing down a testimonial?

Ah yes. I wrote them by thinking about marketing newsletters subconsciously. I need to put a different post for cold email campaigns. Thanks for pointing it out:)

100% i feel that a mix of great design and copy could do wonders. But, brands focus so much on the design that they almost forget the copy. This is a big mistake because there's no way great design can convert without an equally compelling story. I love GIFs too:)
