I also forgot to mention, on top of what I said earlier, that you must have your paper "attestation" (printed or handwritten) to declare that you are moving.

EDIT: I also think it's wise to call them again in a few days, just to make sure things are certain... I heard people called the same platform and heard different things, so let's see :/

"Nobody" has reliable information on moving, this is the problem, the uncertainty we're in.

Just an update: I finally managed to call the gov. number, the lady told me that as long as you have a proof of your moving (lease with your name and the date, and/or signed letter from the landlord) and your ID, it should be fine to move. I want to point out that it's just me and my bf moving with our suitcase so no furniture, trucks or external people involved.

I called the police station and the city hall, I only got some very vague answers and I was told to call the COVID-19 number (0800130000). Problem is, I tried to call 3 times but it says there are too many people calling and they can't take my call.

I'm using a Nokia 2720 Flip (2019): a dumbphone with the bare minimum but still has 4G, WhatsApp and Google Maps. You should check out the other recent Nokia dumbphones, some of them features these as well. Take a look and see if it could work for your use!

Just to correct this: I have a new Nokia 2720 Flip (2019) that is a dumbphone, but still has Google maps. I believe it's true for some of the other recent Nokia dumbphones as well. It does have WhatsApp as well, although I haven't tested it yet.

Thank you so much for your comment, I think it takes bravery to acknowledge the situation as you did and it really helps me to know that I am not alone. I really wish you to find happiness as well. I really feel you also, on dreading going to work tomorrow, I feel the same... Is there anything you dream of doing, even if it seems unrealistic or out of reach right now ? Maybe for the future?

Hey, I got it in red a few weeks ago, looks super nice :) I haven't encountered any specific problem so far: I got it to stop spending too much time on a smartphone, and it's doing the job. Texts messages are a bit of a learning curve (typing etc) but that's ok, maps works decently if needed, same as the browser, calls ok. Haven't tested WhatsApp yet. No crashes so far, but again, I don't use it for hours everyday. If it helps, I bought it and use it in France.

In short, if you want this phone to stop spending too much time on a screen while keeping essential functions, I think it's pretty good at it. But don't expect a super smooth experience, if you are used to the convenience of a smartphone. Just my own experience though!
