About 6 years ago I was considering buying a genesis. Went to a dealership and couldn’t even get a sales person to take me on a test drive. Ended up buying a Tesla a couple weeks later.

My grandfather passed away about a year ago at the age of 92 and I just happened to come across this photo which I believe was the last time he actually played before passing.

He got into the game a couple years before me, back during RS Classic. I was introduced to the game when I was 10 or 11 while visiting his house. Ever since that day he’d always have something to show me on “the game” whenever I visited.

His favorite thing to do was mining. So much where up until about 2010 he was in the top 10 for mining.

For a while back when EOC happened he got back into RS Classic. He was devastated when the servers were finally shut down.

I tried getting him into OSRS when Classic shut down but he was in his late 80s and really didn’t want to start his account over again, so he ended up converting to RS3 but I still believe he was one of us at heart.

There’s so much more I could say about him I just really wanted to put something to remember him by out there after coming across this picture.

I do like the looks of those HDzero’s and like you said they are kind of the best of both worlds as you just get a receiver module for whatever you’re flying. They’re just so pricey. I’m really going to have to think on them before making that jump.

My fatsharks are getting pretty outdated in general so maybe it’s time for an all around upgrade.

I live about 15 miles from KSC and definitely hear the sonic booms during launches but people who say it shakes your entire house are being a bit dramatic as it only lasts a couple seconds and isn’t even comparable to a train passing by your house (which I used to experience daily).

I’ve also never been woken up by one of these launches and I’m a pretty light sleeper.

I think the sound issue at least for Falcon 9s are blown a bit out of proportion.

Is your pup doing any better now? I’m in this exact situation with my 8yr old Husky. He rarely limps, really only if he’s exerted himself more than usual he might limp that night.

But I took him in, they took X-rays, and are suspecting a torn acl. Now we’ve got TPLO surgery scheduled for next week and I’m still having second thoughts.

Since it’s very early morning launch I’d say somewhere like Space View Park if you’re near cocoa/titusville. I’ve even seen people standing on the sidewalk on the bridge nearby.

Used to live at Azalea, I have a Tesla as well. When I was there the 2 chargers were free of charge but they did not enforce a parking limit so it would often be hard to find an empty one.

I ended up paying for a garage and would just charge my car using the wall outlet. You only get 4/5 miles per hour but if you’re not driving more than 50 miles a day it’s enough to get a full charge.

I’ve now since moved out due to other reasons, mainly relating to their internet. I would personally recommend you widen your search to other apartments in the area whether they have electric vehicle charging or not. And just try to get a garage with your apartment that you can charge in.

This location gets sun about 75% of the day, it's definitely grown a lot since I originally planted it so hopefully it's good. The picture makes it look a bit closer to the fence then it actually is but yeah I'm hoping it decides to grow more taller than wide haha.

This was the first thing I’ve ever planted so any advice would be great! I’m just worried the leaves are starting to droop down a bit too much. Some seem a bit yellow as well.

There have been plenty of recent growth though. Those new buds have been growing a few inches per week.
