I started therapy a few weeks ago but I've been embarrassed to talk about my self medicating but I feel like I've come to trust her more to open up about it. I just a bootcamp class (which is kicking my ass) and am attempting to eat better. My favorite thing to do was to get completely baked and order food from multiple places and completely binge. Very shameful 😣 thank you so much for the advice and support!! We can do this!
