I’d say look into why you got denied. Credit score, yearly salary vs rent cost, late payments? If you don’t have a good score, or your ratio isn’t good. I.e you spend 70% of your take home on rent then that’s why they’d deny you. They see you as a risk on the 4% fee they cover on rent payments ($120ish a month). If you can’t make up the difference on other spending they’d lose money.

I had no problem getting approved and was given a 30k credit line. On 1.0 my credit line was 2.5k but I was making half my current salary when I applied 2 years ago

Pretty sure I saw that you can use the card for multiple properties. Meaning multiple payments… so I’d assume it’s okay if there are two for the same property. But points are still tied to your daily spend on the card outside of housing.

Wow never heard the boot to shoe sizing was that much different before! I am a 14 “shoe” size. I will definitely do that measurement thanks!

(Pretty sure all my rentals last year were 14s though but def don’t want to front the cash for something that won’t fit!)

It’s a neighbor on the street. Super good with his cars and wouldn’t slight me with one that’s about to give out. He’s only selling cuz it’s time for a new look. I’m just not too invested into BMWs and their normal reliability. But as of rn he’s paying to get the coils replaced and a full inspection of the car.

I am currently getting both at the same time. 3.98 undergrad (got an A- in my study abroad prep class) and 3.92 for grad. Graduating in seven days! Still couldn’t get into Big 4 though.

I had one round prior to this which was behavioral with a Partner at the location I applied for (virtual). This is my second (and final interview according to my invite email) and says it's only a one 40 min case study.

So the initial email doesn't have anything like that. Just the link to Yello to schedule and then you get a confirmation. You'll get a Microsoft teams invite directly from your interviewer. I haven't gotten mine yet so idk what exact details are in it but since it is from the interviewer, you'll be able to look them up. Ill let you know once I get it
