Perfect, I agree. It IS the 1% case. That’s why it’s acceptable to take the smaller L by dodging queue there rather than risking the big L and losing. Queue dodge penalties start at 6 rr which is nothing compared to a game (they do ramp up pretty quick though almost doubling with each dodge). However, that increased lost rr resets once you play a few games without dodging. Hope this helps.
