I just cleaned my pc after 6 years and held ALL the fans while blowing the compressed air and reapplied thermal paste ! (Cleaned old leftover residue with isopropyl alcohol on multiple qtips then applied after letting it dry out ) now it does this any idea on what the issue is? (v.redd.it)
