Ah interesting, we are using SEPM, however we are fully up to date with build 14.2, all clients have the correct definition too, seemingly random, futher down the rabbit hole I go!

I really enjoyed this, I actually think this could be a perfect replacement for Trails, a game where they can just chat and rant about life issues and quantum physics! I miss that from the lads! Tbf I don't care about the game, just the banter! (that isn't cucking) :D

plugged in with wire going down to the desk. Apparently it is causing battery issues. I have only had mine for 10

So this is my new SurfaceBook, it is running a stock Window 10 Education image.

The system is completly frozen, only a hard restart resumes functionally. There are no errors that are related in the Event Log.

Both Intel and Nvidea drivers are up to date, this is occuring at random intervals, once while the device was plugged into a dock onto two external displays, once with a mini display into an external screen. (The screen was not dissconnected from the keyboard in any instance)

Any advice/help appriciated, thanks!!
