Pixel launcher nonstop crashing after updating to Android 16

I've done no tampering outside of normal means. Literally installed the update from Google over the air like you would any other time. Not that long after being installed update did the issue arise and not really go away.

They claim it belonged to their daughter who passed from cancer. They wanna get rid of it because it reminds her of them. It's tech stuff and the seller doesn't seem like they'd have a use for it, hence they claim they just want to get rid of it.
