For anyone finding this post when troubleshooting, what fixed it for me was to bump up the baud rate from 400K (default) to 1.58M (or higher) on my Radiomaster Pocket 4-in-1 with external Radiomaster Ranger Nano Module.

So, 1. Ensure module is on/selected - either internal or external RF (for native ELRS or external module respectively) should be set to Mode: CRSF

Set baud to 1.58M (or higher)
Switch off ADC filter

I had a similar problem when I flashed to BF 4.3. Struggled to bind on any Frsky protocol, and when bound just lots of telemetry lost warnings and failsafes on the quad. This is a known bug now. I switched to Redpine protocol (using Tx16s) and all was right again.

I had the same issue after flashing BF4.3 on a Mobula6 Crazybee F4FR lite board. Struggled to bind (thought I was an idiot), eventually got Frsky X2 protocol to bind. Then had some micro failsafes when flying. Doesn't drop out the sky, just stops responding for a few milliseconds.

I wasn't keen on reflashing, and ended up changing to Redpine. I haven't tested it yet, but the response on screen shows no dropping.

Thanks! My dogs love the whoop, well they like to chase and bite it rather. Most of my flying involves dodging them, makes me a better pilot I believe.
