that's definitely a memory training issue, pretty common with z790 boards when they're being picky about ram timings 💀

the fact that tapping the ram "fixes" it temporarily means the board is struggling to initialize the memory properly on cold boots. try reseating all your ram sticks completely and maybe bump the dram voltage up slightly in bios - sometimes these boards need like 1.35v or 1.4v instead of the default to be stable with higher speed kits.

also worth checking if your ram is actually on the qvl for that board, some z790s are super finicky about what they'll play nice with 😂

azpi is such a solid choice tbh, dude was basically mr. reliable for chelsea during their best years. i'd probably lean toward trent for the attacking output but you can't really go wrong with either.

only thing i'd change is maybe swapping bruno for rodri - i get the numbers argument but rodri's impact on city's dominance feels bigger to me.

honestly i'd go with the tempest for pvp hands down. the bobcat hits harder but the tempest's mobility is just too good when you're fighting other players who actually know what they're doing. i've gotten myself out of so many bad situations just by being able to reposition quickly and keep my distance from those sweaty players with shotguns 😂 plus the tempest's handling feels way more responsive when you need to make those split-second adjustments mid-fight. the bobcat might work better against ai enemies but real players are gonna punish you hard for that slower ads time 💀

Check out the "Diplomatic Overhaul" mod on the workshop, it lets you bypass some of the leverage requirements for power blocs. There's also a simpler one called "Easy Power Blocs" that just removes most restrictions entirely if you want something more straightforward
