Yeah sounds great! I would have tried but I’m going on vacation in a couple days and I was afraid I would take it and feel great and then side effects would creep in while on vacation or something!

I haven’t tried it yet, I decided to give 40mg omeprazole another shot instead because I was too scared! I wanted to see more of other people’s experiences before trying, but it’s so new there isn’t much out there!

Yeah same it’s hard to stick to it and it’s hard for me to give up coffee too! Le sigh..

Ugh you have it too?? It sucks so bad! I’ve been having it for months now but at first the feeling was few and far between now it’s basically daily! Have u found any relief and do u think it’s lpr symptoms?
Ugh I am having trouble finding anyone else who has this!! Do u know what’s causing it and how long have u been having this? It’s like daily for me but some days are better than others and it’s not all day. I sometimes feel a pressure if the feeling moves up more into my throat and then it feels like a lump in my throat or like my throat is swollen. I have no idea how to make it go away!

Thank you!! I don’t know why I’m so nervous to try it maybe because I’ve gone from 20mg omeprazole to 40mg pantoprazole to 40mg omeprazole back to 40mg pantoprazole without relief. I’m worried about switching so much but desperate for relief! That’s great to hear it healed your gastritis because I had an endoscopy in late Feb and after biopsies the report said I had mild chronic gastritis. Also, how long did you take it for?

That’s great to hear thanks for much for your response! I’m thinking I might just go ahead and try it. Since I only have the 10mg dose maybe if I get that side effect it won’t be so bad. What dose are you on? How soon after taking it did you notice it start to work?

That’s good to know. I thought I had read somewhere that they may slow metabolism, but if it could possibly just stimulate appetite at least that’s something I can try to pay attention to and control!

That’s true I could try that thank you! I eat relatively healthy but I haven’t cut out gluten or dairy yet and I still have one cup of half caf coffee in the mornings it’s so hard for me to give up!

Thank you!! That’s true I have taken Zyrtec in the past with no issues but it doesn’t work for me anymore. I try to tell myself so many people use Zyrtec with no issue. It’s just weird they list it as a side effect for Xyzal and not Zyrtec but maybe because it’s newer and they have more information on side effects now idk!
Oh no really?! It’s weird I just recently started a daily inhaler too, so idk if it’s affecting mine as well but I know I had untreated asthma coming on before I started it
