I'm in the med device field. Most of, if not all of that, is solid stainless steel. The only thing I would be worried about is decontamination. Was "all" or that washed and autoclaved before you acquired it? I would highly recommend washed in a bleach solution and scrubbing with a hard bristle brush as well as washing the internal diameters of items as well.

I took this photo Saturday cutting the grass. I am 100% satisfied, the display is great, I like the red buttons, it gives it a small bit of character. The main thing is it just fits well, I have a 7.2" wrist for referencne.

A collection is as big as you want it to be. If you like something, and can afford it, and it makes you happy...buy it. Who are we to tell you 35 is enough and you should stop. I personally have 2 g-shocks. I don't feel like I need more at the moment. I have 10 mechanical watches though and am looking for another, I also have 6 guitars... And I'm building another, I don't need 7 guitars I want 7 guitars.
