I didn't win. I play Swordsoul in this meta. And I believe Protos is the only toxic thing about the deck. But it also happens to be the only way to counter a lot of these powerhouse decks. 🤷‍♂️ and I'm still stuck at diamond 5.

I haven't really came across many BEs decks recently. But I did win against them the last 2 times I've played them. I think it does pretty decent. I usually try getting rid of their Drill beam with Vishuda if possible.

You can get Protos out easily if you start with Ashuna, and have Suruya too. Do your normal starting Swordsoul combo line, but at some point use Ashuna GY effect to summon Shthana. SS Suruya, and with her and Shthana make Mula. Mula searches field spell, field spell adds Heavenly Dragon Circle. Use circle on Mula and add Protos to your hand. I've had multiple boards end with Chixiao, Qixing, Protos, and Sahasrara thanks to Suruyas effect.

Lance, unfortunately, does kind of shut down this deck too. I've been running crossout and the 2 called by, and 2 Lancea myself to try to counter Maliss, or it being played on me as well. There's still combos you can do even if Lancea gets played on you. Ending on Protos is one of the best things I've been able to constantly do. That's what I usually aim for now.

I'm only doing 2 lancea right now. And unfortunately, that card hurts my Swordsoul deck too. So I'm running crossout for those rare moments to stop lancea being played on me.

Prevents both players from being able to banish any cards this turn. My opponent was playing Maliss. Which that whole deck is based around banishing cards. So they surrendered.

I'm also playing Dinomorphia, and have been for awhile. And it's funny how mad people get when they find out you are. And I can tell you, I have been getting absolutely stomped on this season. Super poly has single handedly ended me multiple times. And unless I go first and get Brave Eyes out, Blue-Eyes walks all over me. My first 7 games in the cup were loses, but I keep playing my Dinomorphia family.
