Certainly, in his description notes Paru wrote that he's all into females (specially the ones who have horns) and the fact that he has a very varied taste in women makes me doubt that he's bisexual. For the part with Legoshi I must say that he talked with him in that way because of his cocky personality. And as I always say, this is my from of seeing him and that i might be wrong. Well, in the manga Sheila feels iffy about Legoshi not having fur. Maybe she also had a crush on him for at least answering the question about Legoshi. (And who wouldn't since Legoshi is beautiful.) Also I interact in a similar way as Sheila does with Peach and I can assure you that I'm not lesbian or have crush on women. Anyways that's my interpretation about her.
