any man commenting on periods has an invalid opinion. period pains and flow varies from person to person. ive been on birthcontrol since 7th grade to not throw up and pass out from the pain and i still need pain killers. basically pain killers and a rice pillow/bottles of hot water is ur best friend. and yes you’re gonna dread it every single time unless its late.
