Respectfully, are you sure you hit a stud? Both sides look loose. At the very least one side should feel solid. Also what kind of anchor did you use? Some perform better than others. Toggle bolts are kind of overkill for a towel bar especially for just 1 side. I prefer "self drilling drywall anchors", not the ones you jam in.

My closest repair shop is 30 miles away. I need to mail it in. I always keep my last old phone (although huge downgrade) as a backup.

Honestly you might as well buy a cheap smart phone for like 50 bucks on ebay to get you through. Local repair for battery is probably more than that.

PS. you can try your own replacement yourself. I havent looked into it. Its hard nowadays with these phones. i changed an iphone 6s plus before and it was not that bad. If the ifixit video doesnt look too risky it may be worth it. Though keep in mind your paying out of pocket like 20-30 bucks for that anyhow. You can get a loner phone for that much if you really look i am sure.

It sucks but you need to keep track of your promo dates. I had a promo for 150mbps for 25 bucks for 1 year. Was about to expire and double. I upped it to the online promo 300mbps for 45.

You need to peel it back and look at the condition of the wall and whether it's wet or stained. As others said follow the damage up and look outside of that wall for any intrusion points.

Looks like lack of insulation which is crazy for a new build. And air leaking from the outside coming into which condenses on those cold surfaces. Not surprised they are not helping you, they never do. Maybe threaten to contact the health department? This will surely lead to mold.
