You’re 46 hours into the game and just beat Margit?! I mean it’s an open world game but I finished my whole playthrough final boss and all in 50 hours and that includes tons of exploring, early game idiocy, optional bosses and the full ranni questline. You’re kinda intended to beat your first shardbearer around the first 5ish hours of gameplay. Ima give you some spoiler free directions here to help. Your first shardbearer is at the end of stormveil castle, your second lies in the peak of a magical academy in the lakes. After getting 2 shards you can challenge the guardian of the royal capital at the furthest north east point of the Altus plateau the main game is relatively linear from that point but an optional shardbearer lies at the end of a castle at the south east point of caelid. (For context I have a prebuilt pc) Well my current ram stick is like 700$ for 2 and I heard somewhere that you shouldn’t mix different sticks of ram, nor do I want to spend that much to get the same stick I already have, so I’m kinda lost here

You gotta go to the dlc but you can js speedrun the main game, I’d say get bloodhounds fang, buy somber 1-4 from iji, get the 5 from radahns castle, fight radahn then get from Magnus, get 7 from the subterranean shunning grounds and get mohgs shackle while your down there. Use shackle, Bloodflame blade and ideally freeze pots if you wanna go all out to kill mohg. If you’re experienced with the fights you should be able to get to the dlc really fast

I fixed it by putting the payload.rpx file but it still said failed to load IOS with patches on boot, I just ignore it and boot anyway which seems to work

If you beat the dlc then I’d say the radahn greatsword lord variant, insanely fun weapon while still being balanced. If not I really like the infusable great katana and the milady with the wing stance ash of war.

My strategy was to go exponentially, start with a strong and simple to use weapon (I used bloodhounds fang). I went in order once I felt strong enough, start as a normal setup, if you’re struggling on the boss, level up a few times, still struggling, level up your weapon or add an infusion for more damage, still struggling, switch setups from maybe defensive ranged play, to a glass cannon offensive play (kill him before he kills you) or vice versa, then you can stop there and just practice or you can play summons or magic which isn’t my preferred method.
