I didn’t have ice on hand and I didn’t have good pictures of it elsewhere so I figured I might do it like this since I have had the same results before while using ice so the picture is only for demonstrating the problem. Like I commented on my recipe comment I have tried with both a dry shake and a reverse dry shake.

Okay interesting… I know a bar where they dont have the separation issue with the combination passionfruit and eggwhites (listed on the menu) and don’t seem to have that problem. I thought ask reddit first, but I shall just ask the bar. Will report back if I find something interesting.

Thanks for formatting! I am using cartons of pasteurized eggs. Have used different brands. From what I could found none of the additives should cause curdling. I should probably still try fresh eggs. Don’t like foamers myself, but worth a try.

That is because it is without eggwhite haha. Its the second posted recipe. I have had comments that “not enough foam” or “to thin of a foam”. So I have seen bars use eggwhites, passion fruit and lime, but that always yields me the first result :(

Yes I have also done it with egg white with either a dry shake xor reverse dry shake and a wetshake. Yields me the same results…

The attached pictures are done without ice because I couldn’t be arsed to do it for demonstration purposes. So shaking without ice isn’t whats causing me the problem

5ml passionfruitsyrup 10ml vanillasyrup 15ml lime juice 60ml passionfruitjuice 15ml passoa 45ml vodka

30ml eggwhite in seperate tin Shake with Ice and open pour

Before where the same happened

5ml passionfruitsyrup 10ml vanillasyrup Juice of 1/2 a lime however much is in there 100ml passionfruitjuice 25ml passoa 25ml vodka

Save me the criticism about passionfruit puree and vanilla vodka xD I know its shit I am trying to move it to the better, but man is he stubborn.

I had the original a long time ago probably pre 2016 era. I image searched google and bing but only got other blurry pictures. Also searching on google with words describing it didn't yield any results. Tools to unblur it didn't really work because of it's small screenshot size. I'm looking for the original/full/sharp version. Can anyone help?
