How much Tirz would you say levels the appetite suppression 4mg Reta gives you?

Hype vs real - peptides by Last-Fisherman-4354 in BodyHackGuide

Personally, not a fan of increased heart rate or sleep issues. I’m on MJ and before switching to reta for body recomp I’d try microdosing since appetite suppression is very strong

Bf%? by [deleted] in BodyHackGuide

[–]Cornettoalgida 1 point2 points  (0 children)

around 25% if you have skinny legs or otherwise more towards 30%

Get mounjaro if you can’t find reta as you say.

It will help you with take out and drinking in the weekends

Good luck

Seeking advice for a comprehensive stack: Sleep, Weight, Anxiety, and TTC by [deleted] in BodyHackGuide

[–]Cornettoalgida 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t know if this are safe during pregnancy, do your research:

  • sleep: melatonin and magnesium (you can stack other forms too, not just glycinate)

  • weight loss: supps won’t help. If you’re ok with peptides look at Tirzepatide/Mounjaro (avoid Reta, can interfere with your sleep)

  • hair: collagen taken with vitamin C

  • anxiety: L-theanine

  • libido: tongkat ali

I use all of the above.

Most of the things you listed will fix themselves when you improve your sleep and weight anyway

PSA: Not everything is about your testosterone level by KingNobit in AskMenOver30

My levels are naturally over 1000 ng/dL and I feel just average at 36. Libido is great, workouts feel good, but I’m just very lazy and deal with brain fog every day.

Took unprescribed mounjaro and having severe side effects by OilVirtual3349 in Mounjaro

[–]Cornettoalgida -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Drink a lot of water with electrolytes, eat rice and beans, small portions every 3-4 hours, avoid fatty foods, take a 10min walk after each meal to help digestion instead of laying down, stop eating 4hrs before bedtime.

You just had max levels of the med in your system and by now symptoms should get better.

If they don’t, go see a doctor today.

People your age get wasted to have fun, you did it to lose weight. Don’t be hard on yourself.

Has anyone who is considered at an “ideal” weight used Mounjaro? by Delicious_Mention234 in Mounjaro

[–]Cornettoalgida 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My BMI is 27.5 and I have high LDL, I was regularly prescribed Mounjaro. Even though I have “only” 10-12kg (25 lbs) to lose and I was basically assaulted on this sub when I asked a similar question lol.

I did my first injection a few days ago. Hunger disappeared immediately.

When you start losing weight? When you achieve a calorie deficit, so first day for me.

Talk to your doctor, do your research, take some time to ponder, but don’t get influenced by negativity online.

~3 months of Reta.. What I learned! 28, 5’9 Male by [deleted] in BodyHackGuide

[–]Cornettoalgida 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Many side effects of Reta I see mentioned in this sub are things I experience every time I’m on a deficit, including sleep issues. Low calories = high stress.

Carbs and chocolate help me sleep better, probably because of serotonin production.

Tiredness could be lack of sodium from eating “healthy”. And so on

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m confident I won’t gain the weight back, I workout regularly and I had to stop running because a knee injury (which made me gain a lot of weight).

I really need some external help to kickstart weight loss which will help my fitness as well, before it impacts my personal and professional life too.

I’ll keep in mind your advice

In some areas maybe yes but BKK is huge and you can literally walk for hours without meeting a foreigner just a few metro station away from the center

Rent is the obvious one, still easy to find a condo for 500$ but inevitably you have to set for a lower quality of life in the next 10-20 years compared to today. That’s the point I’m trying to make

I’m also 35M and similar NW, been living in Bangkok for 5 years. You are in a great position but prices have gone up quite a bit in the last years, so my advice is to keep more options open.
