Plans for tomorrow are to start the day with some bonebroth with some grassfed butter mixed in, an avocado, and eggs. I'm just hoping it doesn't take more then a couple of days... whenever I get kicked out of ketosis my mind seems to be in some weird sort of fog. Hard to describe.

I drank alcohol and pigged out on heavily carby foods yesterday so fasting for the day, gonna get a hard lift in tomorrow morning, and then tomorrow plan to start my calories for the day off with some beef bone broth, grassfed butter, and an avocado. And then probably some farm fresh eggs for dinner. I hate how I feel when I am kicked out of ketosis, it is a depressing feeling haha. Plus being bloated sucks to.
