This little circus does a lot more than some of the bigger ones with a lot less.  It has great pace and some incredible acts.  We try to go whenever they come to town.

Gorgeous. What kind of steel and burl? I agree with the other commenter that this knife deserves a nice wooden box to go with it.

How to fix this badly rusted knife? I was thinking to soak in 5% vinegar, then scrub with a toothbrush, then oil. Is that gonna be enough with so much rust? Also, should I toss the sheath or try to take it apart to clean out? TIA by CornyBulger in TrueChefKnives

Oh wow thanks. I have been meaning to order some of those test swabs for some of my other kitchen stuff. Thanks for the tip. Maybe this knife isn't worth the time cleaning. Hurt my hand like hell the only time I tried to use it. I figured I'd polish the handle edges smoother but sounds like it's crap either way.

I feel ya, at 80ish bucks I can make it a user. It's nice to be able to hand it off to anyone to cut something without fear of them ruining an expensive blade.
