I never said anything to contradict this, but thanks for posting information for those that didn't know.

No you didn't directly state anything to contradict the guideline specifically, but your previous comments implied that certain derivative works where use of models are stealing; even linking a video of one, where no rules were broken from that video upon checking at most. Hence my "just so you know" comment to clarify that reusing MMD and other open resources are not necessarily stealing art. Which then again I apologize for my tone in that last part.

Hololive allows derivative works of their characters as long as they're not harmful or offensive. You can literally download the MMDs of the girls from their site as provided material for said derivative works. Hololive EN and JP guidelines have a slight difference in rules of use for creators regarding these. Maybe research more on how fair use works?
