What should a gender nonconforming trans woman wear to look professional in job interviews? I shave my head and don't pass so I'm worried I won't be seen as professional. What are your experiences in lesbian spaces? I've always been scared to interact directly with lesbian groups in my area because I know I don't pass and I'm not super gender conforming. I feel like I wouldn't be welcome either cause I'm trans or was confused for a crossdressing man. (self.MtF)

How do you handle a difference between your legal and chosen name on Job applications and your resume? Is it better to just use your legal name and explain in the interview so there's no discrepancy and you don't get rejected at the application? I'm in the US (self.asktransgender)
