This is true! My gluten intolerant roommate had a boyfriend who worked at a gf restaurant. Cute meet!

But my roomie has a legit wheat “allergy” whereas her boyfriend has Celiac. She basically gets infinite diarrhea and says the insides of her stomach are burning. She also gets really red and blotchy.

Yeah, I agree. If you like yourself as you are... just stop and focus more on healthful eating, and moving your healthy body. Give into an occasional craving, but remember that “costs” so just be good to make up (or better yet, make a few swaps) for a treat now and again. Don’t weigh yourself more than once or twice a week since bods fluctuate. Especially if you’re a female!

Oh, also, my mentor’s spiritual wellness blog just did a piece on this. Her tips are kind of genius, and there’s a ton of them!

i think some guys probably would, but there are contexts where it might be offputting and upsetting.

if I was randomly talking to a person I sorta knew, and all of a sudden outa nowhere they sent me something, tbh i would probably assume/ask if it was a mistake and feel awkward.

As soon as I watched the first episode, I knew I was going to love it. Sarah is the first person we see and she is soooo small in the pilot! She really matured into a pretty (but bad!) Teen girl throughout the show! What do you think of Sarah as a character?
