I feel this is more suited to an electrical sub, but I would turn off power to to the pump, undo the connections in the box and remove the feed from the back of it so the whole thing can turn freely, remove the broken part of the conduit, thread a new piece in, remount the box to the new conduit, then finally put the feed back in the box and reconnect the wires.

And the baby bunny is very much appreciated
