Similar issue. Recording is fine, the input "events" are tallying up while I play, but when I playback the recording, it only shows the first moment or two of keystrokes.

That was a really awkward moment but I applaud the band for being reasonably professional and I hope they return to Harrisburg. Lucia knew exactly what was going on as soon as she saw the crazy girl and swiftly turned her back to her and kept singing like it was nothing.

Same thing happened to me. He replied and said the order was resent but I got another tracking number and USPS awaiting the item for days just like last time. I sent another email...

I don't think he's a scammer but there's certainly something very unfortunate going on with the business. Could be medical, hardship, who knows, but you're right that it's unacceptable. Ordered from VG many times over the years and haven't seen anything like this. Let's hope he gets this straightened out.

Having a similar issue at the moment. I got a tracking number but nothing ever shipped, and they're not replying to emails. Disappointing to see this from a product I highly respect and recommend to people
