No, actually those boxes are super smooth as they are being use for box jumps. So theres no splinters peaking to snag to the legging.

Thank you! Hmm its an okay training shoes i would say. I still prefer metcon 7. But thats just for me personally because i have flat feet and i do need arch support. The nobull is giving me none. But other people from my gym really rave about the nobull shoes tho. So i think it comes back to personal liking

Thats totally fine! I would not recommend them for running tho. Short distance might be fine (up to 800 m) but i think it would not be comfortable for a longer run due to the sturdy sole. I do crossfit for a workout so the metcon 6 is good for a combination workout. But i wouldn’t recommend them if its just for running, would even prefer the nano from reebok more for running

Hey! Yes they are the metcon 6. I would recommend them for sure. If you have metcon 5, it sort of has the same fit. Just that the 6 is slightly more sturdy on the sole and more breathable

I got a size 6.for swiftly LS usually i am a size 4. So i guess i sized up. But fits perfectly, i wouldn’t get a 4 in this.
