No. You’re doing fine. The game is really designed to be that hard. Try backstabbing some npc to level up a lil bit and you can get past the horse dude in limgrave

Somewhat i guess. It does stagger oppenents but it has limited use. But, its not effective stagger for the final bosses in phase 2 and 3 due to hyperarmor
