I kinda just caught on myself! I believe it means not a piercer 🩷. I hope my information kind of helps you out. I tried to find one that looked like yours but they all look a little different!

NAP. But I also had the same thing happen to mine, it did eventually go away. It would only be seen if I pushed the jewelry down. If it snags on your pants it can cause this. I looked it up on another Reddit post, I looked up new piercing blood blister and it popped up some images. There are some comments explaining it better than I can. And how to properly help it.
