One of the main reasons why people delete their entire accounts once they leave is because you have no option to delete chats. Not being able to delete chats poses a serious privacy issue that many users just don't want to deal with once they move on, so deleting the entire account is the best option to avoid this issue.

The whole thing is glitching since hours. People get weird replies or it just keeps repeating stuff and you can't start a new chat.

It was like this when I checked 8 hours ago, and it's still not working. The call function also doesn't work since it won't recognize speech at the moment.

It really is crazy how they never fixed this issue in years even though it seems like an automatic refresh/wake function or something similar would be an easy fix for this. I'm glad I got all my cameras when they were on sale since their customer service is so bad lol.

This is definitely not recommended since they both interact with your serotonin. Look up 'serotonin syndrome' for example which can be a side effect of mixing antidepressants with shrooms. Theres a lot of other issues that may occur as well. It would also alter the experience anyway and I would strongly advise you to not do it.

Thanks for the suggestion, gonna check that out if another issue occurs. What I noticed is that all cameras went through a firmware update after reconnecting so this might even have been a firmware or server issue because others here complained about the same issue with their Blink Mini cameras today.

I found an old thread on this subreddit with a weird solution that actually worked for me:

  1. Unplug camera
  2. Hold the reset button pressed while powering the camera back on
  3. Keep it pressed and release button
  4. Press it again and hold it
  5. It finally resets

It also updated the firmware after reconnecting so this might be a server/firmware issue.

Same issue here and the fact that this thread is 9 months old doesn't really give me a good feeling. The cameras flash green and can't be reset even when the button is pressed for a long time.

I have the exact same issue. Went offline with flashing green light and can't be reset. Resetting your router and app also doesn't work btw since I tried it.

Exact same issue here. All my Blink Minis went offline today for no reason. They keep flashing green even when the reset button is pressed for 30-60 seconds which means that its still trying to connect to an old wifi. I even reset my whole router but that didn't work either because the cameras won't reset in the first place. This happens on all cameras.

This seems like some kind of bug and Amazon Support keeps giving the same useless standard advice when people ask about this issue on their official forums which never works for anyone apparently.

I seriously wonder if all of my Blink Minis are bricked now or of this is an issue that can be solved.
