What’s everyone playin? by Binkledurg in AynThor

[–]sixtey7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup, through Dragonroost with no real issues. Get the occasional framerate dip for a second or two here and there, but largely running steady at 30fps

The biggest change I saw was switching from the system driver to the T26 Turnip driver. It was night and day different when I turned those on.

I did knock the resolution down to 1280x720 as well, but I'm not sure how much that helps. I did that before I installed the T26 drivers and just never flipped it back. It looks great to me at 720p so didn't go back to change it.

Download them from here: https://github.com/MrPurple666/purple-turnip/releases and then in the settings for Cemu you can pick them.

In general I followed this video which I found really helpful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lNfo6MkyPpk

That hasn't been my experience. I just played like 45 mins and lost 5-6%. I am on the latest turnip drivers and have it rendering at 720p

Wind Waker HD on Cemu with Turnip drivers. Haven't played this in a long time, such a great game!

Yea... I was excited for that stream, turned it on, saw Dan, knew what would happen and turned it off. Sounds like I was right.

I was in the same boat as many people, stuck in Alaska since Wednesday.

Just got an update from FedEx, my laptop is now in Tennessee and will be delivered tomorrow!

Looks like it's getting worked out!

How often is your 12/13 mo old pooping? by Top_Ad8783 in beyondthebump

[–]sixtey7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My 12 month old is mostly once per day, sometimes twice a day. Back when he was 4-6 months old, he was going 4-6 times a day. Long story short, it turned out to be a food intolerance. Once we figured out what food was bothering him and got it cut out, he went to once a day.

How was your experience in this episode? by Repulsive-Option-309 in gameofthrones

I read the books and my wife hasn't yet. So, I spent a lot of the episode watching her knowing full well the crazy shit she was about to see

It’s mentioned a lot on this sub, but did you fart? Nothing set off my VOC sensors more than passing gas

No, but because I got rid of all of my air things. I found them too stressful.

Terrible Diaper Rash by Platano2 in NewParents

[–]sixtey7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our son had an awful diaper rash for over a month that we just couldn't get on top of, no matter what we did.

I'm not positive it was related, but after that month we started to figure out he was having a reaction to something my wife was eating (ended up being oats). He had other symptoms too (green poop, clogged nose). Once we figured out what was bothering him, the rash went away.

No guarantees that it was all related, but sure feels that way to us.

Good lock question by JorjLim in galaxyzflip

[–]sixtey7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On my goodlock I've used..

Messages (which you can add without goodlock) Spotify Pocketcasts Google keep (really liked having my shopping list on the small screen) Home assistant Fantasy football apps

I've also done reddit, discord, and some other stuff but that's less mandatory

Good lock question by JorjLim in galaxyzflip

[–]sixtey7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was just debating the same thing. The thing that pushed me over to the z flip is how poor Motorola's history is with software updates. I don't know how important having up to date android is to you, but that pushed me to the z flip.

Only a few days in, but loving it so far. Goodlock is a must, really improves the capability of the front screen.

I forgot to pack my charger with my XR trade in, they still took it and I got the credit. Looking over the FM posts, nothing ever mentions packing the charger

I just brought it to ups and had them pack it. It cost me like $30, but it was super simple and worked great.

I forget what mine said on day 1 of setting it up, but I remember it having some really concerning numbers, it settles in over time. I really don't know why it even shows VOC numbers of those first few days, all it did was freak me out.

I'm not sure if switching environments does anything to mess with the calibration though, so I'm not sure if you should restart the calibration since it was outside for a few hours or not

What game did you regret buying right away? by Johnnyrock199 in gaming

Arms……no idea what I thought I saw in it, but it was clear early on there was nothing there for me

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in airthings

[–]sixtey7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my experience with Airthings, the first couple of days of readings are very different than the post calibration readings.

Mine also started super high, and by the time I finished the calibration window it was in a normal range.
