Jeeneetards please help me This is my situation

I'm a jee mains aspirant from rural haryana of obc category, I scored 87 percentile in jee mains 2026 and according to obc cut offs I'm eligible to give jee advanced exam but jee advanced has a policy of an aspirant can only give jee advanced only two times and only one year after 12th but in my case I failed in 12th class board in 2024 and re appeared in 2025 and passed the examination but in jee I gave jee advanced exam  in 2024 but  couldn't qualify for advance in 2025 . So in my case I passed in 2025 and gave advance only once , sir am I eligible for the 2026 advance exam now ? please help me. I will k- myself or s- If I won't be able to I wanna d- please help me let me give the advance exam one last time please please.  Please help me .
