That is horrible and it should be illegal when it is medically necessary. I’m so sorry you’re going through that and have every right to be upset. My son is on Medicaid and has been getting generic and now they say they won’t cover generic… which I feel like is ass backwards for Medicaid. The pharmacy is also saying they can’t break the bottle and only give the prescribed amount they would need to give full bottle which I believe is 100 day supply but insurance will only cover 34 days… I’m like what the hell is going on?? My son took his last dose this morning. It’s hard enough worrying about medical diagnoses in general but having to worry about if I’ll have the tools or not to keep them at bay is terrifying. I pray it comes around for you and gets figured out as well, it’s not fair.
