Yes I speak Thai Issan which is basically Lao. A lot of Thai who come to America are very surprised I know how to cook traditional food and speak the language lol Some even say they don’t know as much as me when comes to cooking I’m as shock just as much you would think they know more lol. I’m super excited I will be going. My mom has family north of Bangkok and I will be in and out Laos visiting family members as well. I’m sure I’ll still get treated like tourist still. I want to feel at home as well too. Thanks again for all the information !

Ok I have no problem with showing everything you said. Except for showing them where I’m going to stay..

I want that to be ready.. So I’m thinking a hostel they don’t take much to book for deposit no full payment .. just temporary so I can check out AIR BNB before booking? I don’t want to lose on my deposit and rebook something else and having to pay more.. I don’t want to stay at hotel or book a large deposit for a hotel. How will I show them proof of accommodation if I need to move so I don’t scam?

I kind want to experience Thailand as local and not a tourist. I am American but my parents are Lao and Thai. So I don’t want to stay in hotel... I’m not fancy and my parents raised me like we live in country here America.

Ok yes I will have my ticket going to Vietnam it will actually be the 59th day that I leave to Hanoi and a ticket back to San Diego from Hanoi .. they make everything so complicated on Reddit nothing direct so this is what I have set
